1. Private access
Invest Circle is intended for approved circle members. You must use your own Google/Clerk account, keep access to that account secure, and must not share credentials or use another person's account. Administrators may grant, change, or revoke access at any time.
2. Acceptable use
Use the workspace only for its intended portfolio and research purposes. Do not attempt to bypass authentication or role controls, scrape or redistribute private circle information, interfere with the service, or upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or belongs to someone else.
3. Information and investment risk
Portfolio figures, ticker prices, commentary, and other information are provided for discussion and informational purposes only. They may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, and are not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making an investment decision.
4. Availability and third parties
The service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, and market data. We work to keep the workspace available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time prices, or that every displayed record is error-free.
5. Suspension and changes
Access may be suspended or removed if these terms are violated, if the circle closes, or when needed to protect the service and its members. We may update these terms as the workspace changes; the current version will remain available on this page.
